Good charger for Eneloop (rechargable batteries)?

Any suggestions for a workable, dependable, battery charger for eneloops that costs $20 or less? Don't mind if it takes "overnight" or is slow, if that is better than a fast charger. A 4-battery capacity is sufficient, don't need to charge 20 at a time. Thanks for any advice!!

Standard NiMH batteries will drain in a few weeks when they set idle in the camera.
The Eneloop NiMH batteries will retain their charge longer when the batteries remain unused in a camera. I used the same charger that I use for standard NiMH batteries.
