Plz give me some advice about this.

As we can't see the web site we could only give general advice.
If you are using the "img src" code to locate images on your web site then you can use the 'width' and 'height' aspects to control images, for example;
<img src="yourimage.jpg" width="100" height="150">
Experiment with different values for width and height until you get the best or most suitable for the web page.
That's the best I can do.

It's best to make image itself the right size (in pixels) and the right resolution (72 or 96 dpi) with some photo editing program (I'm using Irfanview for that purpose) before copying it to your site. Then there's no need to specify the size in your html, and the image is displayed as it is.
If the picture on your site is having more pixels then you set it in the html to display, that has 2 disadvantages:
- takes longer to download, because it's bigger
- it has to be made smaller in the browser (takes processing time and you can't control the quality as well as you can do it in your photo editing program)

So to get an image size in Windows:
- Right-click on the image and select "Properties"
- Click on the "Details" tab
- Scroll down to width and height
The numbers you found there should be identical to the ones in your image tag:
<img src="URL" height="X" width="Y" alt="DESCRIPTION" />
The width and height in the image tag does two things:
(1) It tells the browser how big of a space it needs to reserve for the image, which means it doesn't have to be calculated on page load, which in turn means your page will load the remaining content faster.
(2) It ensures that the image won't be distorted, by forcing an image to display smaller or larger than what it actually is.

in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, and the site displays very well in all three.
It looks great to me. Well set out, colorful, the images are great, and there is plenty of information.
I don't see anything that needs to be changed. You know it is very easy as a web site designer to 'keep tinkering', or to think that things need changing. In a sense a web designer is like any artist. At some stage the artist has to say, "job done", and leave the painting alone. Otherwise they can keep painting away and never finishes.
Perhaps this is the case with your web site. It looks good, so there is no need to change anything.

good! If I had to say anything about it, when you click a menu item, the menu's height changes a bit... both in the menu bar itself and the drop-down (Firefox 3.6.13 Win 7)

Hi Mark and all friends,
Thank you for your comments on my webpage. I highly appreciate that.
As I said the images on the page should be resized and with your comments I do not have to change anything in layout, but the content.
Those will be done next months.
Best,
Angelina

If your boss is viewing the website with an old 4:3 aspect ratio monitor he may be wanting to see a taller photo.
Get one of the new wide-screen monitors for your boss and he should like it better.
I am using a flat-screen TV for a monitor (16:9 aspect ratio) and your website looks great.
