Ultrasound Images CD not working on laptop

Recently my wife had an ultrasound and was given a CD which was created using efilm lite. It opened fine on the radiologists desktop which is also an XP operating system.But it doesnt open on my dell laptop with Windows XP. It is supposed to auto play using the software provided (is available on the CD iteself)to view the images on the CD. Strange thing is I am not able to see any data/files when I try to access the CD/DVD Drive. The fact that it works in another Desktop which has similar config is frustrating.
I would appreciate any help..

Reply 1 : Ultrasound Images CD not working on laptop

The aging drive issue. On the other desktop try duplicating this CD onto a fresh CD and try that new CD.
