How do I get rid of the Bing Bar?

Dell Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E7500 Computer
Inspirion 545s 00
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
6GB Memory
750GB Hard Drive

I have been so careful not to download the bing bar, but somehow I guess I missed it and it is presently on my computer. I do not want it. I've tried moving it with Revo Pro Installer; going through Control Panel>Uninstall a Program; and also CCleaner Uninstall. All attemps render the same result -- "Bing Bar cannot be uninstalled at this time. Try Again Laer."

How do I get the thing off of my computer?

Thanks for any help.

Open Internet Explorer, then click on "Tools" in the upper left, choose "Manage add-ons". When that opens, click on the "Search Providers" link on the left side. Next, click once on the "Bing" toolbar listing in the main window. It should show "enabled".. Next, in the lower left side of that same window, click on the "Disable Suggestions" blue link.. Bing should now be disabled. You can also UNCHECK the box next to "Search in the address bar" to disable it further.

Close Internet Explorer and see if you can uninstall the Bing toolbar from the Control Panel.

Hope this helps.

Oh, I thought that sounded so easy, but guess what, the only thing showing is Google.
